The brief
Our client came to us with a complex brief: to take an existing commercial launderette and a single flat and convert them into a new, modern launderette with a basement and four large flats.
There were additional requirements we needed to work with, such as finding bricks to match the existing brickwork and fitting a green roof with the Bauder system. We also installed a made-to-measure, bespoke concrete staircase as part of the project.
