The brief
After having successfully completed a new residential development for them, our client contacted our team with another brief. This time, the project was for the part demolition and refurbishment of eight flats in up-and-coming Hackney.
Working alongside the architect and structural engineer, we were able to help streamline the project and reduce some areas of the initial plans that had been over-engineered.
