The brief
This renovation project was complex, extensive, and required multiple services to see it through to the desired premium finish. That’s when this client turned to TKS.
Tasked with the renovation of 10 flats into 32 HMO properties, as well as the renovation of one large commercial unit, we handled the project from start to finish and carried out all the work, including architectural plans and full project management.
Construction was completed using steel structures with Metsec and brickwork.
