The brief
Our client turned to the team at TKS to help them see their inspired vision come to life.
We were tasked with the build and development of four new residential houses, each with its own set of bespoke specifications to be met.
As well as the design and build, our client required support to meet building control standards and attain a building warranty. We worked closely with them to ensure they could achieve this with minimal disruption to timelines.
